Privacy Policy

This policy describes how StudioPixi ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our mobile application and website. We're a small team and we keep this short and honest.
1. Data Controller
StudioPixi is operated by Taha Zeybek (İstanbul, Türkiye). For any privacy-related questions or requests, you can reach us at [email protected]. We respond within 30 days under GDPR / KVKK requirements.
2. Data We Collect
We collect only what we need to run the service:
• Account data: email address, OAuth identifier (Apple / Google), display name. • Content you upload: product photos (flat-lay images) you choose to upload for AI generation. • Content we generate for you: images and videos produced from your inputs, tied to your account. • Purchase data: subscription state, credit balance and transaction identifiers managed by Apple / RevenueCat. We never see or store your payment card details. • Device & diagnostic data: anonymized crash reports and performance metrics via Sentry. IP addresses are not stored long-term.
3. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used only to:
• Authenticate you and keep your account secure. • Generate images and videos you request, and sync them across your devices. • Process subscription payments and credit purchases. • Diagnose crashes and performance issues. • Send essential service notifications (e.g., subscription renewal, account changes).
We do not sell your data, do not run targeted advertising, and do not use your uploads to train other users' models.
4. Third-Party Processors
We use the following processors to operate the service. Each is bound by their own privacy commitments:
• Supabase — authentication and database hosting (EU region). • Apple — Sign in with Apple and App Store payments. • Google — Sign in with Google. • RevenueCat — subscription and in-app purchase management. • Replicate, FAL — AI image and video generation infrastructure. • Anthropic — AI text generation for product descriptions. • Sentry — crash and error monitoring.
These providers receive only the data necessary to perform their function.
5. Data Retention
We keep your account and content for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we erase your profile, your uploads and your generated content within 30 days, except for transaction records we are legally required to retain. Anonymized diagnostic data may be retained longer.
6. Your Rights (GDPR / KVKK)
You have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, email [email protected]. In-app, you can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account; this triggers full data erasure as described above.
7. Children's Privacy
StudioPixi is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.
8. Security
We use HTTPS for all data in transit, encrypted storage at rest, and access controls limited to authorized personnel. No system is perfectly secure; we'll notify affected users without undue delay if a breach occurs.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email. The "last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
