Terms of Service

These terms form a binding agreement between you and StudioPixi (operated by Taha Zeybek, İstanbul, Türkiye). If you do not agree, please do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to use StudioPixi.

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can sign in via Apple, Google or email. You can delete your account at any time from Profile → Delete Account.

All images and videos produced by StudioPixi are generated by AI models. They are not photographs of real people, real garments or real events. You should not represent AI-generated content as authentic photography. The models depicted are synthetic composites and do not exist in reality.

You retain ownership of the product photos you upload. By uploading, you grant us a limited license to process them for the sole purpose of generating the outputs you request. You confirm you have the right to upload the content (e.g., you own the products shown, or have permission). Do not upload content that infringes third-party rights, depicts minors inappropriately, contains nudity, or violates applicable law.

On the Pro plan, you have full commercial usage rights over images and videos you generate — for e-commerce, social media, advertising and print. On the Free plan, outputs may carry a subtle StudioPixi signature and are licensed for personal and trial use only.

StudioPixi offers weekly and monthly subscription plans, plus one-time credit packs. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Credits are non-refundable except where required by law. Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple under their refund policy.

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to access the service in unauthorized ways. • Use the service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, sexually explicit, or that impersonates a real person without consent. • Resell, sublicense or expose the service to third parties as your own. • Interfere with the service's operation or security.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to other users or to us. You may terminate your account at any time. On termination, your access ends and your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.

The service is provided "as is." We make no warranties about availability, accuracy of AI outputs, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI models can produce unexpected or inaccurate results; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before use.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudioPixi will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of İstanbul.

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be highlighted in-app or via email. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
